Open University provides an opportunity for those people who are not currently admitted to CSULB to enroll in courses offered by the university.
Students enrolling through Open University will receive Open University Special Sessions Credit. Students may apply up to 24 units of Open University Special Sessions Credit toward a baccalaureate degree. At the option of the appropriate college and department, up to six units of Open University Special Sessions Credit may be applied toward a graduate degree. This limit may be increased to nine units in some instances. For specifics, check with the department chairperson.
Grades earned through Open University will be factored into your grade point average at CSULB.
