Scholarships are available to selected individuals who commit to attending all six modules of the Global Logistics Specialist GLSŪ Professional Designation Program:
Master of Arts in Global Logistics

Master of Arts in Global Logistics

Students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Global Logistics (MAGL) program have the opportunity to apply for scholarships geared to students studying transportation and logistics. We receive scholarship announcements from various organizations throughout the year.  All MAGL students will be notified as they become available.

Fall 2007 GLS Scholarship from the Port of Long Beach

CITT congratulates Cynthia Castillo, recipient of the Fall 2007 GLS Scholarship from the Port of Long Beach.  Cynthia recently completed the GLS Professional Designation Program.  She is the Supply Chain Coordinator for The Pasha Group.

2007 Myra L. Frank Memorial Scholarship winner

CITT congratulates 2007 Myra L. Frank Memorial Scholarship  winner Melissa Hughes.  Melissa is a student in the Master of Arts in Global Logistics program and is expected to graduate from the program in Spring 2008.  The award honors the memory of Myra L. Frank, who was instrumental in the founding of the WTS/ Los Angeles chapter and actively served as a WTS member for over 25 years.  The WTS was established to encourage women to pursue career paths in transportation.
 

2007 Los Angeles Transportation Club scholarship winners.

CITT congratulates the 2007 Los Angeles Transportation Club scholarship winners. Edgar Lanchippa is a student in the Master of Arts in Global Logistics (MAGL) Program.  Rick Herrera and Daniel Liang are both students of the Global Logistics Specialist Professional Designation program.  Rick Herrera is a recent GLS graduate and Daniel Liang is currently in the process of completing his GLS designation.

Fall 2007 Harbor Transportation Club Scholarship Award winners

CITT congratulates Fall 2007 Harbor Transportation Club Scholarship Award winners, Augusto Nakasone and Georgi Zafirov.  The mission of HTC is to develop cooperation, understanding and coordination among the shippers, carriers and the various trade and transportation organizations in the Long Beach/ Los Angeles Harbor area.  The HTC established the GLS Scholarship Fund to encourage men and women to pursue career paths in transportation.  The scholarship is open to all students enrolled in the Global Logistics Specialist Professional Designation program at CSULB- CITT.
