The Center for International Trade and Transportation (CITT), housed at University College and Extension Services, is a multidisciplinary center for multifunctional transportation studies and integrated logistics research, education, training,  policy analysis, and community outreach.

Alumni Spotlight on Tony Williamson

Tony Williamson feels his job horizons are completely open these days, thanks to completing two CITT programs, the Global Logistics Specialist (GLS) and later the Master of Arts in Global Logistics (MAGL). Williamson started his career in the hazardous materials disposal field, but his eyes were opened when he enrolled in GLS.

METRANS Transportation Center

METRANS is a US DOT University Transportation Center awarded to a partnership of the University of Southern California and California State University, Long Beach.

What's New

Richard Hollingsworth 1953 - 2008

With regret we announce the passing of Richard Hollingsworth on August 5, 2008.  Richard was a founding member of the Center for International Trade and Transportation (CITT) Policy Committee and one of the creators of the Global Logistics Specialist program at CSULB.  As a member of METRANS' Advisory Board, he was an enthusiastic and creative voice for METRANS outreach programs. He devoted his life to improving opportunities for those less fortunate.

Scholarship applications are currently being accepted

Applications are currently being accepted for the next round of scholarship awards from the Los Angeles Transportation Club.  GLS and MAGL Students are encouraged to apply.
